Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive safely. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive.

Please ensure that all items are returned in the original packaging and with the Packing Note. Please clearly write on the packing note if you require a refund or exchange.

All exchanges/refunds must be returned within 21 days from date on the packing note. We will be unable to process any orders sent back after this time and the item(s) will be returned to you.

We are unable to process phone orders.

Stocked Items

Your order will be despatched within 3 working days to the address you have specified if the item/size you have selected is in stock. Delivery can take up to 5 working days from dispatch (subject to stock).

Made to Order Items

A virtual item is a product that is not pre-printed and stocked in our warehouse, but is produced on a per-request basis. Virtual items take longer to ship, as we produce them specially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly. Virtual items may also require a minimum order quantity to meet production requirements.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £8.50 + VAT

Unfortunately for tracking purposes we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Les articles à la demande prennent plus de temps à être expédiés, car nous les produisons spécialement pour vous, veuillez donc vous référer au temps de production individuel indiqué dans les spécifications du produit et planifier en conséquence. Les articles à la demande peuvent également nécessiter une quantité minimale de commande pour répondre aux exigences de production.
